**Ingredients:** \\
  *1 Pound(s) lean ground beef\\
  *1 1/4 Teaspoon(s) salt\\  
  *1/4 Teaspoon(s) black pepper\\
  *1/2 Cup(s) chopped yellow onion\\
  *1/2 Cup(s) chopped green bell pepper\\
  *1 egg\\
  *8 Ounce(s) canned, diced tomato\\
  *1/2 Cup(s) quick cooking oatmeal\\
  *1/3 Cup(s) ketchup\\
  *2 Tablespoon(s) brown sugar\\
  *1 Tablespoon(s) mustard

**Directions:**\\ Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix all meatloaf ingredients well and place in a baking dish. Shape into a loaf.

**Topping:**\\ Mix ingredients for topping (ketchup, brown sugar, mustard) and spread on loaf. Bake for 1 hour.
