The original recipe calls for twice the amount of soy and Hoisin sauces. I lightened it up.

**Ingredients:**

   * 1 bag (12oz) Green Giant Fresh Cauliflower Crumbles "Fried Rice" Blend
  * 1 T olive oil
  * 1 t garlic salt
  * 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  * 1 egg, beaten
  * 2 T soy sauce
  * 1 T Hoisin sauce
  * 2 scallions, sliced

**Directions:**

  - In medium skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.Add garlic and cook 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently, until garlic starts to brown. Add crumbles and garlic salt. Cook 5-7 minutes until vegetables soften. Stir in egg and cook 2-3 minutes until egg is cooked.
  - Stir in soy sauce and hoisin sauce; mix well.
  - Garnish with scallions
