**Ingredients:**
  * 1 head cauliflower
  * 4 Clove(s) whole garlic
  * 2 Tablespoon(s) butter
  * 1 to taste parmesan cheese
  * 1 to taste salt and pepper 

**Directions:** \\ Cut up cauliflower into florets. Peel garlic. Steam cauliflower for 10 minutes. Add garlic cloves and steam for another 10 minutes. Dump cauliflower and garlic into food processor. Puree until smooth adding parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper to tase. Serve immediately...

Other options are endless. Try adding fresh herbs such as chives, or other fattening additives such as sour cream or cream cheese....
