**Ingredients:**
  * 8 Ounce(s) lean, boneless, diced pork chop
  * 1 Teaspoon(s) chicken bouillon
  * 1 Cup(s) hot water
  * 1 Teaspoon(s) soy sauce
  * 1 Teaspoon(s) white vinegar
  * 1 Can(s) small, crushed or tidbits pineapple
  * 2 Tablespoon(s) sugar
  * 1 diced green bell pepper
  * 1 Tablespoon(s) corn starch

**Directions:** \\ Season pork with garlic salt, brown in skillet. Drain off excess fat. Add water/bouillon, soy sauce, pineapple, vinegar, and sugar. Mix cornstarch with 2 Tblsp. cold water, add to mixture. Stir constantly until sauce is clear. Simmer 10-20 minutes. Add green pepper, simmer another 5 minutes. Serve with white rice.
