3/4 Cup(s) Use 3/4 to 1 Cup applesauce
4 Ounce(s) cinnamon 

**Directions:** \\ Mix 3/4 to 1 C. applesauce with a 4 oz bottle of ground cinnamon to form a stiff dough. Roll out to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut with cookie cutters into shapes. Make hole for ribbon. Carefully put on rack to dry. Let air dry several days, turning occasionally. Makes 12 sweet smelling ornaments.
