Then add 1-2 T. vinegar to milk, set aside to sour. Cream margarine and sugar. Add beaten egg. Mix dry ingredients and add alternately with sour milk, a little at a time, to creamed marg. & sugar until all mixed together. Add half of raisin/orange mixture to batter, and save remaining for the icing. Bake 30-35 minutes in 325 oven. Frosting: Add enough powdered sugar to remaining raisin/orange mixture, plus 1 T. margarine, until nice spreading consistency. Spread on cooled cake. **Nutritional Info:** \\ Unknown.
