Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 Cup(s) flour
• 1/2 Teaspoon(s) baking soda
• 1/2 Teaspoon(s) salt
• 1/2 Cup(s) butter
• 3/4 Cup(s) Packed brown sugar
• 1 Beaten egg
• 1 Teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
• 1 Package(s) bits of brickle
• 1/3 Cup(s) Chopped pecans (optional)

Directions:
Combine dry ingredients. Cream butter or margarine with brown sugar. Add beaten egg to creamed mixture, then add dry ingredients. Add bits of brickle, and pecans if desired. Bake at 350 about 12 minutes.
