Ingredients:

  • 1 Pound(s) lean ground beef
  • 1 1/4 Teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon(s) black pepper
  • 1/2 Cup(s) chopped yellow onion
  • 1/2 Cup(s) chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 8 Ounce(s) canned, diced tomato
  • 1/2 Cup(s) quick cooking oatmeal
  • 1/3 Cup(s) ketchup
  • 2 Tablespoon(s) brown sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon(s) mustard

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix all meatloaf ingredients well and place in a baking dish. Shape into a loaf.

Topping:
Mix ingredients for topping (ketchup, brown sugar, mustard) and spread on loaf. Bake for 1 hour.
