Ingredients:

  • 1 Small head cabbage
  • 1 Diced white onion
  • 1 Can(s) tomato soup
  • 1 Diced green bell pepper
  • 1 1/2 Pound(s) ground beef
  • 1/2 Can(s) Soup can water

Directions:
Brown meat, onion & green pepper. Shred cabbage. Put half of cabbage in bottom of casserole. Add meat mixture. Add rest of shredded cabbage. Pour soup & water mixture over top. Bake 350 1-1 1/2 hours. May want to cover loosely with aluminum foil for first half hour of baking to avoid overbrowning cabbage.
