Comments:
The original recipe calls for twice the amount of soy and Hoisin sauces. I lightened it up.
Ingredients:
1 bag (12oz) Green Giant Fresh Cauliflower Crumbles “Fried Rice” Blend
1 T olive oil
1 t garlic salt
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 egg, beaten
2 T soy sauce
1 T Hoisin sauce
2 scallions, sliced
Directions:
In medium skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.Add garlic and cook 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently, until garlic starts to brown. Add crumbles and garlic salt. Cook 5-7 minutes until vegetables soften. Stir in egg and cook 2-3 minutes until egg is cooked.
Stir in soy sauce and hoisin sauce; mix well.
Garnish with scallions
