Comments:
The original recipe calls for twice the amount of soy and Hoisin sauces. I lightened it up.

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag (12oz) Green Giant Fresh Cauliflower Crumbles “Fried Rice” Blend
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 1 t garlic salt
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 T soy sauce
  • 1 T Hoisin sauce
  • 2 scallions, sliced

Directions:

  1. In medium skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.Add garlic and cook 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently, until garlic starts to brown. Add crumbles and garlic salt. Cook 5-76 minutes until vegetables soften. Stir in egg and cook 2-3 minutes until egg is cooked.
  2. Stir in soy sauce and hoisin sauce; mix well.
  3. Garnish with scallions
