Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 Cup(s) flour
  • 1 1/4 Cup(s) cornmeal
  • 2 egg
  • 5 Teaspoon(s) baking powder
  • 2 Teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1/2 Cup(s) sugar
  • 2 Cup(s) milk
  • 1/2 Cup(s) vegetable oil

Directions:
Combine dry ingredients. Combine egg, oil and milk. Mix all together until moistened. Do not overmix. Bake 425 20-25 minutes in 9×13“ pan until golden brown.
