Ingredients:

  • 2 1/4 Pound(s) Fareway ham loaf
  • 1/2 Pound(s) 93% lean ground beef
  • 1 Cup(s) milk
  • 2 egg
  • 1 1/2 Cup(s) graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 Can(s) tomato soup
  • 1/4 Cup(s) vinegar
  • 1 1/8 Cup(s) brown sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon(s) dry mustard

Directions:
If ready-made ham loaf like the ham loaf at Fareway is not available, mix 2 parts ground hand to 1 part ground pork.

Combine ham loaf, ground beef, milk, eggs, and graham cracker crumbs. Form mixture into balls with ice cream scoop…or at least hand form balls of that size. These are to be large meatballs and should make about 12, filling up a 9×13 pan.

For sauce: Mix soup, vinegar, brown sugar, and mustard together. Pour sauce over the meatballs and bake 1 hour at 350.
