Cook meat and drain off excess fat. Add seasonings. Add 12 oz to 1 pound of cheese to hot seasoned meat, just until cheese melts. Velveeta cheese may substitute for Cheez Whiz as desired. Put on cocktail rye breads. If cocktail rye not available, use regular hearty rye bread, cut in 1/4's. Freeze on a cookie sheet, then place in airtight container for freezer storage. In order to use, place frozen breads on cookie sheet and bake at 350 until cheese melts. Great item to make ahead of planned event.
