Cut Kasseri cheese in approximately 2“ size pieces about 1/4 inch thick. Beat egg, add milk. Dip cheese pieces in egg mixture, then dip in flour. Cook in fry pan in olive oil until golden brown, turning half way through. Cook enough to soften cheese, and do not overcook. Serve with sour dough bread, fresh grapes, and wine if desired.
