Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup(s) Mashed, w/milk baking potato
  • 3/4 Cup(s) milk
  • 1 Teaspoon(s) salt
  • 2 1/4 Cup(s) flour

Directions:
Make mashed potatoes ahead of time, chill. Mix with remaining ingredients. Roll with rolling pin, preferably a lefsa rolling pin, adding flour as necessary to keep from sticking. Make pancake size. Grill on lightly oiled grill or skillet. Spread warm lefsa with butter or margarine, sprinkle with sugar. Roll them up and cover with damp “tea” towel. Store in tight container and refrigerate if keeping a day or two. Do not allow to dry. Warm before eating if desired.
