Ingredients:

  • 7 Cup(s) Sliced cucumbers
  • 1 Cup(s) Sliced white onion
  • 1 Teaspoon(s) salt
  • 2 Cup(s) sugar
  • 1 Cup(s) white vinegar
  • 1 Teaspoon(s) celery seed
  • 1 Teaspoon(s) mustard seed

Directions:
Mix cucumbers, onions and salt. Let set for 1 hour.

Boil remaining ingredients until sugar is dissolved. Cool and pour over pickles. Refrigerate in jars or other covered containers, will keep indefinitely. No need to process and seal as in canning methods.
