Ingredients:

  • 2 Can(s) 3 oz, sliced button mushroom
  • 1/2 Cup(s) Sliced green onion
  • 1 Cup(s) Uncooked white rice
  • 1 1/2 Cup(s) chicken broth
  • 1/2 Cup(s) wild rice
  • 2 Tablespoon(s) butter

Directions:
Drain mushrooms, reserving liquid. Combine mushroom liquid & chicken stock, add water to make 2 cups. In saucepan bring broth mixture & onions to a boil. Add washed wild rice, reduce heat, cover & let simer for 20 minutes. Add Minute Rice, return to a boil. Reduce heat & simmer for 20 minutes until rice is done. Add mushrooms, butter or margarine, and heat briefly.
