Ingredients:

  • 1 Can(s) 15 oz, pink salmon skinless salmon fillet
  • 14 saltine squares, crushed cracker crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 Cup(s) white onion

Directions:
Find bones in the canned salmon, crush and leave them in the salmon. Excellent source of calcium and not noticeable when stirred in the patties. Add crushed cracker crumbs, egg and onion. Shape into patties, fry in small amount of olive oil until nicely browned and cooked through.
