Ingredients:

  • 1 Can(s) 2 cups canned creamed corn
  • 1 Cup(s) uncooked frozen corn
  • 1 Cup(s) milk
  • 1 well beaten egg
  • 1 Cup(s) cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 Cup(s) minced white onion
  • 3/4 Teaspoon(s) salt

Directions:
Heat creamed corn and milk. Gradually stir in beaten egg. Add frozen corn, crumbs, onions and salt. Mix well. Pour into greased 8-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with buttered crumbs if desired. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes.
