Ingredients:

  • 2 Pound(s) beef flank steak
  • 2 Tablespoon(s) corn starch
  • 1 Teaspoon(s) sugar
  • 1/2 Teaspoon(s) ginger
  • 33/100 Cup(s) soy sauce
  • 1/8 Cup(s) water
  • 2 Clove(s) garlic
  • 4 green bell pepper
  • 4 tomato

Directions:
Slice flank, round or top sirloin steak, as desired, thinly. Mix cornstarch, sugar, ginger, soy sauce, water and garlic. Thinly slice peppers and tomatoes. Saute vegetables, add beef and brown. Add sauce and heat until sauce thickens. Serve with rice.
