Ingredients:

  • 1 Can(s) canned corn
  • 1 Can(s) canned creamed corn
  • 1 Package(s) (8 oz, like Jiffy) corn muffin mix
  • 1 Cup(s) sour cream
  • 1/2 Cup(s) melted butter
  • 1 Cup(s) shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Preheat overn to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mix together the corn, creamed corn, corn muffin mix, sour cream and melted butter. Pour into to greased casserole dish. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and top with the cheese. Return to oven for 10 more minutes to melt the cheese. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
